We believe that our clients would love to know how our garments are made. 3 meters of organic cotton are crafted using the wax batik technique to make this skirt. The small polka dots are first created with wax on the fabric to create the resist and are then dyed in indigo. The fabric is then put into hot water to melt the wax. Finally, it is washed in cold water to achieve the resist-dye effect on the fabric. The beautiful polka dots are created by resisting the dye with wax. Our tailor semi-stitches the garment and prepares it for the embroidery and detailing. After all the detailing is completed, it goes back to our tailor for final stitching and finishing.
