Crafted in striped Chanderi with soft gathers along the style lines, the Ami Gathered top features sheer Raglan sleeves in organza — richly embroidered with an intricate t pattern, lending the piece a light, airy elegance. Designed for everyday grace, it includes a back opening for ease, side tucks for structure, and discreet side pockets for practicality. The top flows with timeless ease — a versatile piece that celebrates beauty in detail and comfort in fit.

A refined blend of artistry and elegance, this ivory piece is crafted in a luxurious cotton silk fabric and lined with soft cotton for comfort. Delicately screen printed by hand, it features intricately embroidered sleeves that add subtle texture and depth. Thoughtful detailing includes a back keyhole closure accented with Mother of Pearl buttons, creating a look that is both timeless and contemporary.

THE DESIGNER STORY

Inspired by the Japanese ideology of wabi-sabi, referring to that which is imperfect, impermanent, aged, humble and authentic, Ahmev carries an aesthetic that embraces the value of the passing of time, the seasoning of time and the elements, the handmade and the simple. Wabi-sabi is a way of being open to emotions and of acceptance; a state of mind and a state of feeling. The philosophy of wabi sabi is embodied in the design process, being showcased in the finished designs through the subtle hues, natural materials, frayed edges and the visible stitching and asymmetry.
