Returns & Exchange

'Tis but our duty to ensure we're on the same page:

Our returns and exchange policy is subject to goods sold by IKKIVI verified designers directly to you, with no exceptions for third party sales. All policy changes will reflect on this page. All terms & conditions outlined on this Returns & Exchange policy page apply to all purchases made through our website, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page. Please review the specific details provided on each product page for any exceptions or additional information regarding returns and exchanges. In brief, we will offer a full refund if item(s) were paid for using a debit/credit card. For this purpose, we must receive the sold merchandise with 14 days from delivery date. Goods may only be accepted if they are not damaged, used or washed and in original packaging unless damaged. That said, let's get further into the details:

Before you consider returning or exchanging an item, please note that minor differences in colour could take place as all of our products are handcrafted. Any small imperfections are what make each piece so special and unique. 

i. An exchange request or return should be raised via email quoting order number to: Sensitive cases will receive call back from the team at IKKIVI. 

ii. Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will be borne by you. Please note, that should the fault be ours (fabric damage, color damage, packaging damage, stitching damage), we will contact you to arrange pick up. In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product. Please also note that in some cases there may be color variations as all products are handmade using traditional techniques and processes. 

iii. There will be no returns or exchanges for products made to custom measurements.

iv. Exchanges are subject to the discretion of a friendly and diligent team at Ikkivi. Size change requests are considered for exchange first and only refunded should no alternative size be available. 

v. Refunds are processed one week after receiving the returned goods.

vi. If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at: with a photograph of the product as well as the invoice details and barcode within 24 hours of receiving the package.

vii. Returned goods should retain original tags. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer. We hope it doesn't come to this, but should the goods be returned to us by you fail to meet our returns standards, the cost of returning it to you will have to be borne by you.
