Curator's note

The unique side placket kurta is a must have this summer. It is made of handwoven cotton fabric with buttoned placket detailing at the side. Button it up or leave it open for extra ease. You can also pair it up with balloon pleated pants from our collection and complete the look.

The designer story

'Mati' in Hindi means 'soil'.  Soil can be moulded into various shapes. Designer Fatima K. Punjaabi captures this essence into her clothes as a reflection of her personal style. The brand is all about comfortable silhouettes. The raw organic feel comes from sustainable and handwoven fabrics, shapes that are inspired by nature and colours that are earthy and natural.
