Curator's note

A series of cushion covers that personify the emotions and magnetism when walking by the ocean. An expression of decluttering your mind, the humility of sand on your feet, the calm and serenity. Emanating that emotion into your space with photography of the ocean translated onto soft ivory linen. The intricate embroidery on the dots as well as the button closure detail encompass the design.

The designer story

In a world full of clutter, Subtract is meant to make you take a step back from an unceasing continuum. It pays attention to the more elemental and everyday aspects of life.

Bringing you a small part of this intangible consciousness through our products, bound together with pure forms, precision, and simplicity using only the essentials, Subtract is minimalism in design, material and thought - everything stripped down to the bare minimum.
