Starting a dialogue - a typography and emotion inspired product line. Crafted in anodised aluminium, metal coasters that are minimal in size, unique in process, individualistic in thought and design, provoke emotion.

The designer story

In a world full of clutter, Subtract is meant to make you take a step back from an unceasing continuum. It pays attention to the more elemental and everyday aspects of life.

Bringing you a small part of this intangible consciousness through our products, bound together with pure forms, precision, and simplicity using only the essentials, Subtract is minimalism in design, material and thought - everything stripped down to the bare minimum. A product, yes, but also an invitation to live simpler.
